By accessing or using the website at shannonmuruli.com (“Site”) or engaging Shannon Muruli Coaching services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.
2. Services Offered
Shannon Muruli Coaching offers:
- One-on-one and group coaching for women in sales
- The Untethered Weekly — a free email newsletter
- Digital resources, guides, and educational content
- Live and virtual events, including FEARX
Specific terms for paid programs or events will be provided at the time of purchase or enrollment and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
3. Coaching Disclaimer
Coaching is a professional relationship designed to help you achieve your personal and professional goals. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment.
Results from coaching vary by individual. Shannon Muruli makes no guarantees of specific outcomes, income levels, or sales results. Any testimonials or client results shared on this Site represent individual experiences and are not a guarantee of your results.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, images, graphics, videos, course materials, and methodologies — is the property of Shannon Muruli Coaching and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission. Sharing individual newsletter excerpts with proper attribution is permitted.
5. Payment & Refunds
Payment terms and refund policies for specific programs will be outlined at the time of purchase. In general:
- All sales of digital products are final unless otherwise stated
- Coaching package refund terms are specified in your individual coaching agreement
- Event tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Shannon Muruli Coaching

6. User Conduct
When using this Site or participating in any Services, you agree not to:
- Share, reproduce, or distribute paid content without authorization
- Harass, threaten, or disrespect other participants in group programs or events

7. Confidentiality
Shannon Muruli holds all client information shared in coaching sessions in strict confidence, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of harm to you or others.
Clients are also asked to respect the confidentiality of other participants in any group coaching settings. What is shared in the group stays in the group.

This Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. Shannon Muruli Coaching has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shannon Muruli Coaching shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
